Larger suites also include a sink line hookup for:
- Shampoo station
- Pedicure station
- Floral sink
- Other water-dependent equipment

- WiFi & utilities included
- Free laundry facilities
- Break room with refrigerator & vending
- Secure access (6am–11pm daily)
- Individual climate control
- Professionally cleaned restrooms
Requirements
All tenants must maintain:
- Utah business entity registration
- Saratoga Springs business license
- Utah Division of Professional License
- Liability insurance (Sage as certificate holder)
